Terms & Conditions Agreement

1. Introduction

This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision of cleaning, maintenance, and other related services (“Services”) by Al Burj Al Zahi Service Pro, P.O.BOX: 47675, Sharjah, Dubai, UAE (+971564124436) (“Company”) to the customer (“Customer”). By engaging the Company’s Services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Al Burj Al Zahi Service Pro.
  • “Customer” refers to the individual or entity engaging the Company’s Services.
  • “Services” refers to the cleaning, maintenance, and related services offered by the Company, as detailed on our service list.
  • “Property” refers to the location where the Services are to be performed.

3. Scope of Services

The Company provides the following Services:

  • Exterior Painting, Interior Painting, Wall Design
  • External Glass and Cladding Cleaning Services
  • Babysitting Services, Part-time and Full-time Maid Services
  • Gazebo, Deck, and Porch Construction
  • Gardening and Landscaping
  • Swimming Pool Construction and Maintenance
  • Pest Control (Cockroaches, Bed Bugs, Ants)
  • Home Healthcare Services (IV Drips, Nurse Visits, Doctor on Call)
  • AC Repair, Maintenance, Installation, and Duct Cleaning
  • Salon Services at Home (Hair, Wax, Massage, Nails, Men’s Salon)
  • Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, and Handyman Services
  • Mattress, Sofa, Carpet, and Deep Cleaning
  • Laundry Services
  • Moving Services.

4. Customer Obligations

  • Provide the Company with accurate information regarding the Property and the required Services.
  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the Property for the Company’s employees.
  • Secure and remove any valuables or fragile items from the areas where Services will be performed.
  • Provide clear instructions and specifications for the Services.
  • Ensure all pets are safely contained during service provision.
  • Adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment for Services shall be made as agreed upon between the Company and the Customer.
  • The Company accepts payments via:
    • Hourly rate
    • Flat fee
    • Paypal
    • Stripe
    • Other agreed upon methods.
  • Payment is due [specify payment schedule, e.g., upon completion, within 7 days].
  • Late payments may incur a [specify late payment fee].

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers must provide [specify notice period, e.g., 24 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling is subject to the Company’s availability.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses exceeding the value of the Services provided.

8. Service Limitations

  • Certain extremely heavy, or dangerous items may not be able to be moved by our moving services.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation.
  • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through [specify dispute resolution method, e.g., mediation, arbitration] in Dubai, UAE.
  • All disputes will be handled under the laws of the UAE.

10. Data Protection

  • The Company shall handle all Customer data in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
  • Customer information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
  • Customer data will not be sold to third parties.

11. Governing Law

12. Access to Property

  • The Customer shall provide the Company’s employees with access to the Property at the agreed-upon time.
  • If the customer can not be present, a trusted representative must be present.

13. Supplies and Equipment

  • Supplies and equipment may be provided by the Company or the Customer, as agreed upon.
  • If the customer supplies the items, they are responsible for the quality and safety of those items.

14. Employee Conduct

  • The Company’s employees shall conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
  • Any complaints regarding employee conduct should be reported to the Company immediately.

15. Feedback and Complaints

  • Customers are encouraged to provide feedback and complaints to the Company via [specify contact method, e.g., email, phone].
  • The Company will address all feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

16. Amendments

  • This agreement may be amended with written consent from both parties.

17. Entire Agreement

  • This document constitutes the entire agreement.

18. Severability
